Hunslet 125 needs your help!

As Hunslet 125 is rapidly approaching, plans have been put in place to prepare Minffordd Yard for the event. With support from paid staff the Waggon Tracks Team are leading a volunteer effort to get things ready.

Good work has already been done thanks to Megabash volunteers and a team from Bombardier, but there is still much to do and help make this an event to remember.

There are jobs for all abilities, if you could spare some time on any of the following dates to help please get in touch, details below.

5th-7th May – WTS Working Party
26th-28th May – WTS Working Party & Yard Tidyup
2nd/3rd June – Yard Tidying for H125
18th-21st June – H125 Prep & Yard Tidy Completion
25th June – Post H125 Tidy-up
22nd-24th June – Hunslet 125 Stewarding

We also would appreciate the assistance of volunteer stewards over the event to help in Minffordd Yard. Even half a day will be greatly appreciated (08:30-13:30 or 13:00-17:30).
The benefit is the satisfaction of helping your favourite railway and free entry to a major centre of activity for the event.
