Hunslet 125 Weekend Itinerary for Staff and Volunteers

A Quick Request for Help on the Day: “We’re still looking for stewards for Minffordd Yard over the three days so if you have some time to spare, please contact Iain Wilkinson iwilkinson@ffwhr.com” If you are a regular volunteer but don’t yet have a staff pass, please contact your Team Supervisor who will arrange for one to be issued to you.

All current FF & WHR Paid staff & Volunteers, may use their staff 2017/2018 Staff passes to travel free of charge on all trains during the event, free entry to Minffordd Yard and travel on the Routemaster bus.  Please note priority will be given to fare paying passengers.

Exceptions Being: advance booking supplement e.g. Ladies to Caernarfon – £20.

FRIDAY 1800 – 2200 – MINFFORDD YARD
Pint & Pizza Evening.
Purple Moose Brewery ‘Pay as you go’ Bar.
‘Pay as you go’ Stone Oven baked fresh Pizzas available as well as other food outlets.
Free entry to Exhibitors, current FF & WHR Paid Staff & Volunteers (on presentation of Staff pass) Admittance also to 3 and 1 day event rover ticket holders.

SATURDAY 1800 – 2200 –MINFFORDD YARD
Yard Arm Hog Roast.
PRIVATE Party for Exhibitors, FF & WHR current and former Paid Staff and Volunteers.
Purple Moose Brewery ‘Pay as you go’ Bar.
“Oink Oink” Hog Roast. Available 1800 – 2100.
Includes: Fresh Hog Roast, Bread Roll, Stuffing and Salads.
Vegetarian option available for same price.
Hog Roast subsidised by Festiniog Rly Co.
### – Must book in advance via Porthmadog Booking Office by Wed 20th June. 
Cost – Current FF & WHR paid Staff and Volunteers involved in the event in any way – £4.00
Former FF & WHR paid Staff & Volunteers – £6.50

FF & WHR Paid Staff & Volunteers not wanting the Hog Roast – Free entry on presentation of Staff pass – Other ‘Pay as you go’ food outlets will be available.

Free of charge extra Routemaster bus and train services for staff to get to and from Minffordd Yard during the evening as follows:

Departures MINFFORDD 1910, 2000
Arrivals PORTHMADOG 1920, 2010
