A Request for Help

We need your help to build up a picture of where we are, as an organisation, regarding Diversity and Inclusion. We recognise that we have volunteers and staff from a range of backgrounds, ages and skills and we believe that everyone feels included in how we operate as a company. We are asking all our current volunteers and paid staff to complete a short online survey to confirm our beliefs – or not!

We are also looking to improve the experience of our volunteers and staff with regards to how their data is collected, stored and used by the Company in relation to their volunteering or employment.

All information you provide will be anonymous and will be stored securely and only shared for the purpose of building up a picture of the organisation’s diversity at this time.
