Two new directors join the Society’s board.
As a result of the decision at the annual general meeting, on 15th September to expand the number of Society directors to nine the following have been co-opted as society directors:
Mark Gardner
Ian King
Mark has been previously advising the board about information technology and Ian has been the Society treasurer for several years.
Their co-option will be endorsed at next year’s AGM.
Also, at the last Society board meeting the following officers were appointed:
Chairman – Dafydd Thomas
Deputy chairman & treasurer – Ian King
Secretary – Alastair Wilkinson
