Booking Office Counter Supervisor –
Based at Harbour Station, Porthmadog

We are recruiting for a counter supervisor for our busy booking office in Porthmadog. The successful candidate will act as a lead for counter staff in organising breaks, looking after volunteers and liaising with the Booking Office Manager over rosters. You will lead by example in general duties such as selling tickets, answering enquiries, taking bookings and cashing up. The successful candidate will be required to open or close the Booking Office as rostered during busy periods. This is a seasonal position from mid March 2019 to the start of January 2020.

Hours: 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7. Weekend, early evening and Bank Holiday working will be required.

Rate of pay: Exceeds NLW

Booking Office Assistants

Based at Harbour Station, Porthmadog

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the booking office team. The main duties will include selling tickets, taking bookings and answering enquiries. These are seasonal positions from mid March to end of October 2019. A summer only position may be available.

Hours: Full and part time positions may be available. Weekend working will be required.

Rate of pay: National Living / Minimum Wage applies

Blaenau Ffestiniog Station Assistant

Based at Blaenau Ffestiniog Station

We are looking for an assistant to join our small team at Blaenau Ffestiniog Station. The main duties will include selling tickets and shop items, and answering enquiries. This is a seasonal position from 24th June to 6th September 2019. 

Hours: Part time, approx. 25 hours per week over 5 days, mainly mornings. Weekend working may be required.

Rate of pay: National Living / Minimum Wage applies
