Tym Crowther

It is with great sadness that we regret to inform our members that Andy Tym-Crowther (known to all as ‘Tym’) died at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor this morning (Sunday, 7th March).

Tym was a stalwart member of the Society and a staunch supporter of the Welsh Highland Railway. He was involved in many aspects of the railway amongst which was organising volunteers for various events, especially the real ale festival.

He was also the WHR North Wales Group’s treasurer. He will be greatly missed;  the Society’s board extend their sympathy and condolences to his wife and family.
