On the Day – Events on the 14th July

Did my best to see something of both events by checking out Blaenau to see what was happening up to 11:35 and then catching the train to Porthmadog to see how the Fun Day was going.

There looked to be plenty going on in Port, but I didn’t get into the arena as the queue was too long to allow me inside to take pictures and be back at Harbour Station to catch the train back to the Blaenau Event.

Back in Blaenau – well nothing had changed, all was still quiet as usual.  I did find these two fine gentlemen and we had a chat about 

the event of the day. We also discussed the values of soaking a hammer in water…..  One of the best things that took pride of place was the slate pictures, absolutely amazing pieces of art.
