We are looking for an enthusiastic supervisor & cook to run our popular café at Tan y Bwlch Station on the Ffestiniog Railway. This is an exciting opportunity to increase the potential of the café, which is situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in spectacular scenery and caters for walkers and families as well as those who just want to sit and watch the trains go by. We are looking for an experienced supervisor with excellent baking skills and the ability to create a simple but high quality menu showcasing fresh, local produce. This is a seasonal position from March to end of October 2019 with the potential to develop winter trade to extend the contract.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Starting salary £18,720 per annum pro rata
