Information about the Work of the Welsh Highland Railway Gangs

Other Welsh Highland Railway gangs are:
The Tuesday Gang, who obviously, by the very nature of their name, go out almost every Tuesday; they mainly carry out work on the level crossings. Always looking for willing Volunteers – Contact David Firth – dfirth@ffwhr.com  

The Tuesday Engineering Gang, not to be confused with the above, who also come together nearly every Tuesday; they mainly carry out work on Infrastructure Department rolling stock, their current project being the refurbishment of mess coach No.1001. The Rest of the World Gang,  usually carry out work from Saturdays to Thursdays, see dates in the Events Calendar if you would like to get involved.  If you find a week that suits, please contact Paul Bradshaw pbradshaw@ffwhr.com 01766 770034and he will be happy to give you any information you require.

The Black Hand Gang, mainly meet one weekend every month and you will also find their dates in the Events Calendar, but I note, from the list of dates given to me by Dafydd, that they meet up almost every other week!  For further information, please contact dthomas@ffwhr.com
