ON THIS DAY...

Nine years ago, in a scene reminiscent of a Christmas card, 'Blanche' and 'Prince' steam out of Harbour Station heading onto the Cob with the 10:15 train to Blaenau Ffestiniog... The weather is very different this year - and our trains are heading in the opposite direction..!

Our February 2019 half-term service runs between Porthmadog and Beddgelert, along the Welsh Highland Railway, with two trains a day, five days a week until the 28th February.

PAST RIPPLING WATERS...

Our twice daily, five days a week round-trips between Porthmadog and Beddgelert are an ideal way to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia. You can simply sit back and relax in comfortable (heated, if needed) carriages, complete with 'at-your-seat' buffet service while watching the ever-changing scenery passing by your window. You'll see everything from boats bobbing in the harbour, to sheep and cattle in the reclaimed fields, winding rivers and towering mountains along the way...

Come along and sample the best of North Wales - we'd love to see you here..!
